Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies are, what we use, and how you can control them. For the broader data picture, see our privacy policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and to measure and personalise advertising. Related technologies such as local storage and pixels serve similar purposes.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary. These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They cover things like security and load balancing.
Analytics. These help us understand which pages are useful and how the site performs, using aggregate measurements. Where required, we only set these after you give consent.
Advertising. Third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense, may set cookies to serve and measure ads. These networks have their own privacy practices and may personalise advertising based on your activity across other sites.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers offer a way to refuse cookies from particular sites. Note that blocking cookies may affect how some site features behave, and that we will ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies where the law requires it.
You can also opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings or the aboutads.info opt-out page.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. Because there is no common standard for how sites must respond to it, and because we do not track individual visitors across sites for our own purposes, we do not currently act on this signal.
